What a disappointment! I tried the Canoe fataya and what a waste of money. The order was placed and arrived quickly, but it was wrong. Another 30 mins and a replacement fataya arrived minus the mushrooms. These fatayas aren't edible. The ovens are too hot to cook the dough. They look lovely but they're raw! Don't waste your money, stick with a regular pizza.

When this place opened i couldnt fault the food it was one best takeaways in my area ….. but its dramatically becoming one of the worst which i am sad to say every single order we have got for a while now has had issues either burnt pizza rock hard chips or chips that r cold n reheated n rubbery … i like the spag bol chips they used to bake lovely everytime i had for a while now its like the cheese is just melted onto it n barely warm they always seem to get something on each order wrong to what we ask for every time my son or partners burgers r never as we ask for etc & gettin fed up of having to throw food away. Only reason ive kept ordering is because we hope it just a one off each time because of hope it will return back to how nice it used to be but keep been disappointed …. So i guess you will have lost another regular customer
I ordered a cheese pizza and a kebab with chips. The pizza was tasteless and undercooked. We at half a slice.. the kebab was salty and so so greasy it put us off the chips were soggy and again tasteless. The whole meal to top it off arrived cold. Will not be ordering again
Ordered a chicken shawarma wrap and chips, told it would be 30 minutes for it delivered, 1hour later it arrived with extra portion of chips which they charged for and everything was cold, rang and complained about it and they offered a £2 refund on extra cold chips, 🙄 whole lot went in the bin. Avoid and save your money there’s plenty other takeaways to choose from that get it right. Now legally what they should have done was offer a full refund or a warm replacement.
