Very unprofessional service. I paid for work that was never completed and the overall experience caused unnecessary stress and problems. In my opinion, she lacks the knowledge and professionalism expected from someone handling accounting tasks such as payroll or VAT-related matters and this has created issues not only for me but for others as well. I would not recommend her services.

As a customer, I trusted her to handle several important matters, including help with court applications and passport applications for my daughters. She kept taking money and repeatedly promised that everything was being handled. She often told me she had called certain offices or spoken to someone, but it later became clear that none of this was true. Nothing was ever completed, deadlines were missed and I was left chasing for updates that never led anywhere. Because of this, my daughters still do not have their passports. I now have to start the entire process from the beginning and the amount of stress and frustration this has caused is overwhelming. I honestly feel like crying knowing how much time and trust was wasted. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her services. The lack of honesty, transparency and basic responsibility has caused serious problems for me and my family.
