The worst courier service I have ever seen in my life. Absolute disaster. I paid extra money for next-day delivery, but I received the item after 5 days that though I have to go and collect their item from store. The delay occurred despite my availability at home every day, and I eventually had to collect the item from their store at my own request. On the first day, they claimed delivery was attempted and that a calling card was left at my address, but no card was received. Over the next three days, the tracking information stated that delivery could not be completed because the consignee was not available. This is incorrect, as I was at home during the stated delivery times each day and closely tracked their attempts. On the second day, I contacted customer care and specifically requested that the driver call my primary or alternate phone number (both of which were already provided on the delivery details). However, the driver neither called nor made a genuine delivery attempt. After waiting four days, I requested to collect the item from their store and had to drive over 30 miles to do so. As a result, I lost the extra money paid for next-day delivery, the time spent waiting at home, and additional fuel costs. This company definitely needs to work on their services and their staff.

Worst worst worst dx courier UK Liars they don’t even try to deliver the damn thing, also shows fake tracking like out for delivery, customer was not present and repeat the same thing for many days until customers go to the warehouse to collect their own parcel even if it is an important document, don’t know if they can’t work properly why they are operating they should close this worst dx courier company. If I have an option I would give 0 star but sad I have to give atleast one. Or they don’t have proper customer care service you can’t call them.

Terrible company that doesn’t care about people with disabilities. I have had multiple companies use dx express to deliver goods, but they either turn up a day or two late or go missing altogether. Then they make it as hard as possible to speak to someone on the phone and ask you to use the web-chat which is useless and used as a delay so they don’t have to speak to you when they know they have your parcel but no intention of delivering on time or at all. I very rarely leave negative reviews but this company deserves zero stars.

Horrible experience I ordered some items and they gave me an estimated time between 11am-3pm and they ended up arriving at 7pm as I seen him through the window so I wait for him to knock so I can open the door and then I see him walking away I open the door and ask him if he knocked on the door and he said no whilst laughing so he goes to then van and gets my order out, which shows he wasn’t even planning on giving me the item! Horrible company hiring anyone for cheap labour and this is why items go missing all the time. Never using their service again.

Terrible. No option to leave in a safe place. Unable to follow the instructions given when you are not going to be in, they have tried 5 times to deliver to my house through the working day, while I’ve told them my work address to change the delivery to. No way of contacting them, the contact number is all automated and just hangs up on you. The worst delivery company I’ve ever had to deal with.
