Had a positive experience Jessica, Kate and the nurse made me feel comfortable and cared for they talked me through the whole procedure, super professional and friendly

Great until they decided to not allow anyone to make an appointment for anyone else over the age of 18. The receptionist told me that “if he’s over 18 he can make an appointment himself” in the most condescending tone, without knowing the reason why he hasn’t called himself (how did she know he doesn't have a disability that stops him accessing the phone). She did not ask for his name so she had no way of knowing. She then told me my partner can make his own appointment on his break/lunch when I said he’s working so can’t call. She has no clue what his working hours are or what his job is! Not accommodating in the slightest. My partner is now going elsewhere for treatment.

Had such a lovely experience with the dentist Kate while doing a filling on my 4 year old. From start to finish she made us feel so comfortable & my little girl was so eager to let her do what was needed as she made it fun & positive! She always explained what she was doing & making sure it was ok with me. Very friendly & professional dentist. Amazing with children. If your child is worried about the dentist I would definitely recommend asking for Kate! :) thank you so much! As well as this we rang on the morning and got an app straight away the same day to be seen.

Very disappointed been removed for missing one dental appointment due to my childs illness at the time while i respect and apologise that I missed the appointment I do still find it very unfair and unreasonable to be removed for missing 1 .

Just had a crown which consisted 3 appointments in total over the space of a month. Couldn't be happier with the result. Was looked after really well by my dentist, who explained all my options and was great in keeping me fully advised at each stage of the treatment. I'd definitely recommend getting your dental treatment at this practice
