After moving from a busy town center surgery where drs appointments were nearly impossible to get, this friendly little surgery is amazing. You can either book your appointment online, or if you prefer, talk to a receptionist over the phone where nothing is too much trouble for them. Dr Bora & Dr Javali are both lovely and are very thorough, even going as far as to read my medical records back to 2009 to make sure I got the correct diagnosis. They also never make you feel rushed. Thankyou to all at Newlands Surgery....
This is a smashing little surgery. Very accommodating. Very friendly. Easy to get an appointment. The practice nurses are amazing. Whoever is responsible for the cleaning should get a bonus because the waiting areas and clinic rooms are spotless. The receptionists go out of their way to be friendly, professional and discreet. I can't think of a bad word to say about Newland Surgery. I know this sounds improbable when almost everyone you talk to has nothing but negative things to say about their GP, but it's true - this place is a gem.

A very good GP surgery who provides same day appointments including out of hours appointments for those who work full time. Staff are friendly, especially the receptionists and my GP (Dr Bora). Keep up with the good work Newland Surgery!
I moved to this doctors when I was pregnant with my son two years ago and I have honestly never felt so well looked after! The doctors, nurses and reception staff are all lovely, they always make a fuss of my little boy and I feel like we get the best of care. The facilities are always very clean and making an appointment is never a challenge, I’ve always been seen the same day. Thank you Newlands ☺️
