Absolutely fantastic team. Receptionists are amazing. The receptionist with dark red hair was amazing and listened to me. She was vital in the process of ensuring I got the treatment needed to be able to continue with my pregnancy and care for my little boy. I am so grateful to her, just a small part of her day but it has really made a huge difference to me.
Very disappointing with how unorganised and uncaring the staff were. It caused us a lot of problems and wasted time.
With all the bad press in regards to GP surgeries at the moment, I felt the need to review my drs. The level of care from the receptionists to the nurses to the drs is exceptional. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and everyone goes above and beyond to care for your every need!
Such a fantastic medical facility! The staff go the extra mile to assist me with my requirements. Well done Patience Lane Surgery, you are an amazing role model to the rest of the NHS across the UK. Thank you 🙏
I have only been a patient at this practice for less than a year. But I would like to compliment the service you provide. The admin staff are very caring and listen to your needs on the phone, the GP's I have had appointments with have listened to me, I never felt rushed due to the 10-min appointment limit, and they are helping me with my medical issues.
