Brilliant Surgery, super efficient and always manage to get appointments when I need them, moved from another Surgery here and glad I did
Awful place and a genuine disgrace to the NHS. Willful inaction that puts the lives of their patients in danger and zero empathy to any situation. If you're with this surgery, pray to every God you know that you don't need urgent help. Zero stars would be too much for this place.
I’d have more luck winning the lottery than getting an appointment here. I daren’t even think about how much of my time I’ve wasted sat on hold trying to get an appointment here over the years. I waited 45 mins yesterday at 8am to try get a same day appointment to be told somebody would call me later that day with a time and nobody did. Then when I called to chase, I was told that my case had been reviewed by a GP and that it wasn’t urgent so to book in for 2 weeks time and if I wasn’t happy with that then to go to a walk in centre. They failed to let me know all this without me having to sit on hold for another stupid length of time to ask them why nobody had bothered calling me. After a trip to the walk in centre I’m then told that I need to book in with my GP for a blood test and request a hospital referral, which I already knew would happen and that the walk in centre would be a waste of time but entertained it anyway just incase. So off I go again to call and sit on hold for a further 35 mins to be told they cant even book me in for any appointments and try call back next week at 11am. Tell me why in this day and age we have to fight tooth and nail to get an appointment with a GP when we’re grown up enough to know when we need to see one. The walk in centre can’t help, the chemist can’t either. I will be changing GP’s as this is such poor service.
Excellent. Service got a phone call offering me a flu vaccine, love that I was contacted to avoid waste.
Excellent service from start to finish.. I used the NHS app to book blood tests and a general health assessment. Appointment was confirmed and appointment attended. The nurse was excellent and very informative. Test results and follow up letter received within 24 hours, accessed via the NHS Patches platform. Prompt, professional service 👏
