This time I instructed NEC Electrical Ltd to carry out a full test of the electrical installation in connection with the changing regulations relating to the private rental sector. They kept me fully informed as to progress, access appointments etc. Finally completed the task at reasonable cost. Have used the company before and would have no hesitation in using them again.
