We rented 1 bed flat in altofts for 2 1/2 years just finishing the tenancy. Super professional, open good hours and have a lot of properties in the area. Decent rent also. Didnt bug you every day like some of them do. Answers questions very quickly via email. Chris is brilliant & sarah excellent.
We sold our house with Chris North properties and would highly recommend them. We had what turned out to be, a very stressful sales process due to a lower party in the chain and without Sarah’s determination, complete commitment and overall empathetic nature, we wouldn’t have moved before Christmas. And no doubt the chain would have collapsed. We can’t thank her enough for the work she did, over and beyond what would be expected of her. We are now settled in our new home, had a lovely Christmas and excited to make it our own.
