West Street Garage

I have been using this garage for some years. I hadn't realised that the garage had new staff so I was a bit concerned that the level of service would change. I can honestly say it hasn't. The staff who dealt with me were polite, friendly & explained everything. They ensured I knew suggestions were advisory & I could choose if I wanted it done. They didn't push me to anything. I am very happy with the service & would highly recommend them. Thank you.

This is the first time I’ve had reason to visit West Street Garage since it changed hands. I was impressed by the updating of the reception area and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. My repair was booked in quickly, I was emailed a reminder before the day, I was contacted and informed of the problem and cost of repair and informed as soon as the car was ready to collect.

Really impressed with the service I received today. Great communication with a text reminder, friendly and welcoming staff from both the reception and mechanics. My work was carried out quickly and efficiently and all my enquiries were dealt with promptly. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this garage.

From dropping the car off to collecting it the service was great, booked in for MOT and the repairs that were needed were completed in a timely manner! Communication great throughout. I've used this garage for the last few years with no issues.

Absolutely excellent service from the whole team from start to finish. MOT and full service and odd adjustment. Car drivers like a dream as I was told it did.
