I had been coming here for over 35 years, and some of the staff I have known as being a member of the local community for a very long time. Recently, I have been let down by them on too many occasions, and the integrity of senior stakeholders within the businesses has been brought into question. I was told that 5 days' notice is now required to get certain meds like antibiotic cream, which is plainly ridiculous. Other businesses nearby, like Exel in Normanton, have proven themselves capable at delivering in a shorter time frame, and they seem better suited to my requirements. They are also open on weekends and can get supplies in from Liverpool for Saturday when ordered on a Friday evening. The very best of luck in the future, especially to Carol.
