Fabulous Kingfisher Spare Parts Quick to reply to emails when I had a query on delivery, even though it was a Saturday, and great communication. Much faster delivery than expected considering we're just past the Christmas and the NY breaks. Brilliant item (replacement oven shelves) cheaper than anywhere else I could find online and perfect fit.

Apelson manages after-sales service for the Kingfisher group (BRICO DEPOT and CASTORAMA brands in FRANCE) whose cooking plates from their own brand COOK&LEWIS are of poor quality and dangerous. 2 after-sales service for the same reason in the warranty period and the lifespan is 2 years, i.e. the duration of the warranty.

Probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. My oven stopped working after 3 months, I contacted this company to come and repair it as told by wren kitchens. Been waiting for almost 2 weeks for a part to arrive and still haven’t got this problem resolved. I would highly recommend you never use this company. Absolutely ridiculous service and customer care.

Whatever you do, don't buy these machines that have no brand name and, above all, no after-sales service!! My brand new dishwasher broke down, and after two weeks of contacting customer service, they tell me they're waiting... for what, I don't know, but they tell me they're waiting... it's outrageous!!
