Good friendly service. Great little shop. Had an issue with DPD app not providing a code. It wasn't the shops fault and I understood why they weren't allowed to let me take it despite knowing my name. The owner was more than happy to help with the app and between us we worked out how to get the code ( hidden in change of delivery) Would recommend the shop to anyone.

Wow, just wow. Called for a parcel earlier, the man in there is obnoxious, arrogant and down right rude. I will not be getting my parcel sent there again. ( like he cares🤣) Good job I told him where my parcel was because the pile where he said it wasn't.....it was there!! .. I'd still be there now. Tbh 5 minutes in that shop with him was more than enough. Imagine owning/ working in a shop where you have no customer service skills and couldn't even organise a pee up at a brewery and shout at customers/women. I will add the lovely lady who works there is nothing like him, but because of him I will take my custom elsewhere, somewhere that does not treat customers like something on his shoe! The End.

Lovely little local shop, very friendly staff who go above and beyond to help anyone in the community. Always happy to help and have plenty of time especially for the little ones you take in with you. Always very speedy with my parcel drop offs and pick ups that's why I choose this store as my parcel collection point every time knowing my parcels are safely waiting collection.

Arrogant, obnoxious, intimidating to women. I had a parcel delivered there but because the payppoint machine wasnt working she couldnt scan my parcel, the girl infront of me in the queue had the same issue so the lady behind the counter took a photo of the barcode on this girls parcel and said " i'll scan it in later from the photo"......i asked if she'd do the same for my parcel but she said no and when i asked why she yelled at me to get out and never go back. My wife went in the day after to try and get my parcel but her husband was there this time and he was obnoxious and aggressive with her so she never got my parcel. Said parcel has now gone missing and no one knows where it is. Out of pocket and no parcel to show for it so avoid this shop like the plague. I would'nt even give them one star

Always a pleasure to go in to this shop. Such a lovely couple. I've been going for year's and their always more than just a shop. There a positive advice centre at times. Thank you
