I recently came to pick up some items I had won at auction. When I arrived and was standing by the gate, I rang the intercom but no one answered. After a moment, a gentleman from the office came out and told me that the warehouse was open only until 4 p.m. and it was already close to 5. I immediately thought I had made the trip for nothing. However, he kindly asked what I needed to collect. I explained it was just three boxes and showed him my invoice. He made a quick call to the office and told me to drive in and wait. A little while later, he returned together with a colleague, bringing out all my items. I’m extremely grateful to both of them. They could have simply told me to come back the next day, but they chose to help instead. Thanks to them, my experience today was exceptionally positive. In fact, I have never had any issues with this auction house everything has always been smooth and problem-free. Once again, thank you very much for the outstanding service!
I had problems logging on to the website, I completed the web contact form and the company sorted it the very next morning. Well done and thank you Katherine Lawson, really good customer service. Michael Holland
Avoid BPI Auctions – Total Rip-Off My experience with BPI Auctions has been nothing short of disgraceful. They charge a huge 25% buyer’s premium plus 20% VAT, yet provide absolutely no after-sale support. I spent over £1,000 including inflated delivery costs, only for the seller they connected me with to disappear and dump faulty items on me. No response from the vendor ever again. When I tried to get help, BPI’s staff on the phone were completely unhelpful, simply hiding behind “sold as seen” while shrugging off any responsibility. How can they justify taking such high fees when they offer zero protection and leave customers at the mercy of scammers? Even their delivery pricing feels dishonest — I was quoted £430 for 5 pallets, then charged £320 for 2 pallets, and only after questioning did the price drop to £260. It feels like a deliberate attempt to squeeze every penny out of buyers. This company is shameless, unprofessional, and disgusting in the way they treat people. They are not protecting customers, just profiting from scams. Avoid BPI Auctions at all costs — you’re better off on eBay, where at least you have proper buyer protection.
Bpi is a complete fraud customer relations zero worst auction company to deal with. The took My money and end up not seeing my item. They aren't before you buy anything double checked the price. This is people are wicked and heartless the won't support you. Trust me I will recover my money or item is my sweat so I can't loose it.
Nothing I got at auction has ever worked once it has been delivered. I got a commercial under counter fridge for £100, paid £150 with VAT and £100 for delivery. When it arrived it absolutely stank of curry and the doors were badly damaged. The electrical sockets were hanging off and when I turned it in the temperature just kept going up. I understand it’s a risk when you buy at auction but this was beyond a joke. Other stuff has been of the same quality, wouldn’t buy from here again.
