So far so good. Ordered 3x 1800 x 1800 x 600 orange/blue racking units on the Tuesday and they arrived, on a pallet and wheeled to the garage door, on Wednesday morning. I have leisurely put two of them together so far, which has taken me just under an hour. So far the quality seems to be very good - sturdy, no flex or wobble and they should hold all my stuff with ease. I bought some cheaper units from Adexa which was the biggest load of garbage you've ever seen. For me this has proved "buy cheap, but twice" I should have just bought from TRS in the first place and got a 10% discount to boot. Cheers

Call them and you get straight through to a proper, easy to understand, helpful person. I was able to return some items, get advice and buy alternatives - return is next day and the new racks will be with me thu/fri. great service.

Placed an order on the website two weeks ago just to now receive a notification for a refund. When I called to ask why it was because it was out of stock. Completely wasted my time for this long for an item they didn’t have and failed to take off their website and then they just hung up on me without offering any other alternative options. Extremely unprofessional and a big disappointment.

I have ordered two contemporary coffee side tables with metal legs,as I fell in love with them the minute I saw them online. They are not only all what I was looking for when it comes to style an colour but they look way much better in reality than on photo,I am very pleased I got them. I was also informed of every step from placing and order to dispatch of it. Everything went nice and quick without any problems. I will be definitely checking this store for more uniqe items.
