Yorkshire Curtain Shop - Normanton

Definitely will be using this shop again in the future. We wanted a material which was just discontinued and the lady at the shop managed to get it for us. From Annette, Rob, Andy and Mark a big THANK YOU all went out of their way to help us get what we wanted. Never been so pleased with my curtains.

Excellent help and advice from Sharon and Annette. The curtains and blinds are beautiful and so well made. Mark who was our fitter has done a fabulous job and his skill at dressing curtains has to be seen to be appreciated. Such a nice young man a pleasure to have met him.

We had previously been quoted outrageous figures for blinds which would have been completely inappropriate by a company which should have known better. When Dave came to measure up he listened to our needs and helped us to be sure that we were making the right decision and quoted us a much more realistic price and gave us a very good deal. Our blinds were made and fitted very quickly and professionally, they even helped us to get a blind onto a door which other companies told us couldn’t be done. When we went to the shop to choose the fabric, the lady was so friendly and helpful we couldn’t have wished for better. However, we did get better, because three months later I had to ring the shop for some help after a decorator removed the fittings without showing us what they were doing and left us wondering how they should go back on. I phoned the shop and was extremely impressed that not only did the lady who answered, know immediately which blinds they were, she even remembered the address without being told it! She gave me her own phone number to send a photo of what I was having problems with and was able to immediately solve my problem. That is excellent customer service and I thoroughly recommend them.

Highly recommend this company ! Recently had some curtains and upholstery work done, the service and quality of finish is fantastic.The team are friendly and knowledgable, nothings too much trouble for them and trust me Im the fussiest client in the world! Have used the Ossett branch recently for kitchen and living room, but also called into the Normanton shop to look at some upholstery work. Very impressed, and as in my Ossett review, I will be returning and highly recommend. Thank you
