Even though this company has high ratings my experience wasn't so good. I placed a simple order, the delivery was more expensive than the item and then proving the incorrect item got delivered, they seem to think that correcting the error isn't so important. I won't be ordering from them again.

Great shop and really helpful staff. I’m new to Airsoft and they went the extra mile to advise and getting the airsoft gun I wanted delivery was super fast. Great guys 100% will be using them again!

My first visit on Saturday and the whole team could not have been more accommodating, from the moment I entered I received great advice. The range of products is overwhelming, that have everything! I needed a few bits for my AR15 and these were sourced, Lee (think that’s his name) swapped bits around, made things fit and really could not have done anymore at all. Heading back next weekend for a new rifle and will not go anywhere else. 1st class service from start to finish from all the team. Thank you 🙏

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!! have just come home from visiting these guys at Urban Airsoft and I can't praise these guys enough. I spent around 15 minutes talking to two of the colleagues here regarding being completely brand new to the hobby and wanting to get my 2 sons to give it another go. (No mention of making a purchase at all) I was encouraged to browse around the shop.. any questions I had were no trouble for these guys to answer, and I felt respected and wanted to be a part of the hobby. I decided towards the end of my visit to purchase 2x two toned rifles for my sons. Green and Blue. I could look at any rifle i wanted, and was asked if id like to hold them to see if it felt right. And after they set the rifles up for me to take home.. I was given an opportunity to test them and have a tutorial on how the rifle works. These guys here went above and beyond any expectations I had... Thank-you Urban for making my day great. I can't wait to show the kids now.
