Everything I found was in excellent condition, making it easy to find what I needed. Moreover, the customer service was outstanding. The staff were not only friendly but also very professional, ready to assist with any questions I had. Their knowledge and enthusiasm made my shopping experience enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Cash Planet for anyone looking for quality used items and exceptional service!

Big shout out to the people from Cash planet, working on Normanton High street. They went above and beyond for me when my phone died. They retrieved all the info, contacts, pics and messages that I thought I'd lost forever. They were so patient. It's good to know we have genuine people like these working in our little town. I can't praise them enough. Thanks again!

this so called shop shod be called trash planet instead of cash planet what a joke and the hired helper is turning everything down without even an offer after telling me he's interested and to bring the items in I take them in and in front of all shop very rude and bluntly not interested or he offers people pittance knowing they need the money I've bought a few items from there so he's had my buissnes for the last time it seems to me like they have no cash I wouldnt mind the owner is ok it's the assistant who's driving his name into the ground and everyone I mention it to has said the same so review minus 4 stars👎🤚👋👋👎👋

I absolutely do not recommend it. I bought a rather expensive laptop and after a week I went to return it because it did not work properly (it crashed very much on virtually every page, even when printing). Unfortunately I was told they could buy back for half price. Information that there are no refunds is on the receipt once you buy the item. Very poor service.
