Their tasty and affordable menu is sure to satisfy bellies of all ages. With breakfast served 10am – 12pm, why not visit for a toasted teacake and warming coffee with a difference? The main menu gives the option of classic favourites from hand battered fish and chips to homemade lasagne, as well as lighter bites such as fresh soup of the day. Whilst the kids menu offers something for even the pickiest of visitors, including chicken nuggets, tomato pasta and more.
Infamous for its Sunday Lunch, Lakeside’s carvery is not one to be missed. Served from 11.30am – 5pm every Sunday, the much-loved family favourite includes a choice of four meats, seasonal vegetables, three different types of potatoes, giant homemade Yorkshire puddings and traditional stove top gravy. It’s sure to go down a treat.

Lakeside is a hidden gem. Lovely atmosphere and staff. Best carvery we've had, delicious desserts and is reasonably priced.
We visited carvery with santa on sunday, we are a regulars and once again leaving very happy and did not disapoint. The staff are always very friendly and always on point with service your needs. Carvery was perfect as always, with a great selection of meat and seasonal veg. To top it off the Santa this year was amazing, he put so much effort in with the children and looked great, best one we have seen. Would highly reccomend a visit and we will be back.
We have just had our wedding here and all I can say is wow! It was the most beautiful day and every detail I asked for was done for us. Marton was amazing from the very first meeting to book our wedding. He and all his staff went above and beyond and nothing was too much. We had so many compliments on the venue and the food was just perfect, we opted for bbq and there was so much choice. We wanted an outside ceremony and it was just beautifully presented. I cannot thank Marton, Matty and all their staff enough for making all our dreams come true. We will be coming back for our Sunday carveries we they are amazing as well!
Mowat Court residents Christmas party was festive, well-organized, and lots of fun. Great food, excellent customer service, and a warm atmosphere made it a memorable way to end the year. Thank you to all the staff at Lakeside. See you next year!
We booked the Lakeside for our surprise wedding and it was amazing. The team really went above and beyond for everything! The room looked great, the food was lovely and the service from the team? Unreal. If you’re planning a wedding, or any event for that matter, I would 100% recommend!
