Would highly recomend Chris, always very helpfull and skilled. Has repaired breakdowns, moted and serviced our vehicles for a few years always reasonably priced.

Our car developed an engine fault whilst on holiday nearby. We were recommended Chris Newland and are very glad we were. He fitted us in that morning, quickly diagnosed the fault, fitted a new part there and then and charged an extremely reasonable rate and refused to take more. An honest, friendly, hard-working, lovely chap. Thank you for your service.

I took my VW camper van to Chris Newland on 9/08/2023, paid for vehicle to be towed there. Was informed it was the gearbox and he would fit reconditioned gearbox, I asked if he could do Mot and Service. Vehicle wasn’t booked in but he said he would fit it in. 5 months later and after giving him 2 week notice to a deadline I was informed he wouldn’t have it done by then. I have now had to resort to hiring another tow van to remove from this inefficient garage to hopefully a garage that does what it says! I cannot express how angry and upset at the way I have been treat and hope this is a warning to others considering using his service.
