Kose's Kitchen

I’ve eaten at Kose’s Kitchen a few times now. Every time is just as special as the last. They are without exaggeration, the best takeaway in Northallerton, North Yorkshire and possibly the entire country. The staff, polite, friendly and helpful. The food, fresh, hot and stunningly delicious. I can’t fault it. 10/10, a masterclass in the culinary arts. My order can vary but every single dish is guaranteed to be stunning. I recommend the Kofte kebab, served with the Turkish flatbread and bulgar wheat. Get it with a pot of garlic mayo. It’s a game changer. The price of the food, I think is more than reasonable. Portion sizes are excellent and I never go hungry after finishing my meal. Also, after reading some of the reviews here, I’ve noticed some people mentioning waiting times and payment options. The solution is quite simple really. Order it on their website. There, they can accept card payments and you can schedule your order for the exact time you want it. It really is as easy as that. If you are on the fence about eating here, just do it. Give it a try. You won’t regret it. Thank you Kose’s!

I ordered a portion of Pepperoni Loaded Fries and a Chicken Gyros from Kose’s Kitchen and all I can say is fantastic! The loaded fries were absolutely delicious. You could tell care had gone into them, the pepperoni was grilled to perfection before being layered over the hot chips and melted cheese, adding so much extra flavour. But the real star of the show was the Chicken Gyros. It was unbelievably tasty the seasoning on the meat was spot on, the portion generous, and even the salad was fresh and bursting with flavour. Every bite felt like a little trip to the Mediterranean. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating with my order, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend using the FOOD HUB app to place your order it’s quick and easy. Thank you, Kose’s Kitchen, for bringing a taste of the Mediterranean to Northallerton. Had to write a review to let customers know to double check your order when picking it up. As today we ordered 2 chicken kebabs & a side order of chips. When getting home I found half of the order wrong 1 chicken kebab 1 I assume is a kofta. (couldn't eat it not my thing) so it was an expensive chips an salad for me. I Phoned Kose's to let them know they apologised and offered a replacement. But due to time constraints didn't work for me unfortunately. A shame really as their food is always excellent. I had to write this as a previous time one of my orders was short of a salad which I let slide as one of those things. So to sum up food is excellent if you get your correct order!

I never post reviews but this place was excellent. Lovely staff and service. Very tasty food with extremely generous portion sizes. Highly recommend the salt and pepper calamari, was delicious

First time ordering here, incredibly clean and tidy in the shop, and quick service. Super friendly owner😊 Ordered a large chicken gyros. Excellent portion of chicken which was super tasty and moist, chips and salad were fresh in it too. The flatbread was fresh and soft. Will be ordering again! Note for others; it’s a cash only shop.
