What can I say! What a fantastic place this is! The service is absolutely incredible. Jackson can’t do enough to help! They are very conscious on allergies and I didn’t have to repeat this! The decor of this restaurant is absolutely stunning. Everything has been carefully thought through, including the washrooms. This restaurant is more like an experience and you really do feel like you’re in an a la carte abroad! The food was absolutely incredible! We really can’t wait to go back! There’s nothing quite like this around here, a modern luxury dining experience. Even the drinks were amazing! We will be back! Thank you again!
We went out for our anniversary meal and were very impressed. The attention by staff was really good and they tried to do everything to accommodate us. The food was great quality the tiger prawn curry was amazing as well as the duck. The atmosphere is great. Would recommend and would go back again and again. Really good place for northallerton to have.
Absolutely amazing restaurant from walking in... the decor is beautiful, bright and clean, but with a lovely ambience, the service was a 10/10 nothing was to much as we had a few requirements, and the food, well that was on another level, I've got to say it's the best meal out I've had in a long time and I can't actually wait to visit again.
We visited Soju by Sumo in Northallerton last week and were blown away. With both vegans and non-vegans in our group, finding the right spot had been tricky, but this place nailed it. The atmosphere was stunning, with a sleek, Japanese-inspired aesthetic we didn’t expect to find in Northallerton. The food was incredible from start to finish, and the staff were kind, attentive, and a real highlight of the night. Easily one of the best meals of our trip and we’ll be recommending it to everyone!
Great experience dining at Soju in Northallerton. As soon as we entered, a welcome of drums were played. The restaurant interior is very unique and I felt transported somewhere else. The food was very delicious- I highly recommend the chicken satay as a starter. We all enjoyed what we had to eat and were very happy with the service. Can’t wait to come again!
