We phoned at 22.50 to place a small order we were told it was late and they closed even thought hours had stated they were open till 11. We drove round the place was full of customers and the staff were still serving food to customers We walked in and told no sorry they were closed the door was wide open and the flashing sign said still open. We have used this take away on a regular basis and were loyal customers but won't be in a hurry to return.
Always order my chicken kebab wrap and curly fries here. Generous portions with meat and sauce, and especially with the chips. Service is quick specially with collection and always smiley staff when I go in! Atmosphere is nice and tidy.
This place used to be good when it first opened but the last two experiences (including for this review) have been terrible. - Delivery times are atrocious, waiting well over an hour and 15 minutes for delivery (just eat stating within 45 mins). - Food was cold and or lukewarm. Pizza was burnt and the cheese clearly the cheapest processed. - Donner was dried end bits, lukewarm and full off gristly bits. - Rang to complain and was told it was due to being very very busy on a Monday evening and that I could collect fresh pizzas even though I had paid for delivery.... Overall, whilst the pizza's were replaced service and quality is probably the worst I've ever experienced... and the shop was dead when I had to go back!
Ordered 2 chill burgers with chips. Food took an hour to arrive The burgers were really salty with a few bits of scabby salad. Chips were rock hard. Worst part is it arrived Luke warm. AVOID AT ALL COSTS DISGUSTING !
Friendly enough staff and the food was piping hot, but recieving a burger that had salad in that consisted of a few strands of lettuce in a ripped burger bun really wasnt appertising...
