Yorkshire pudding was like cardboard, overfilled with mash, peas & cheap sausage. Sometimes less is more. Perhaps suitable for tradesmen. Very rude man sitting behind us using his phone on speaker.
We order a delivery for 2 coffees & 3 Paninis. When the delivery came, all we received was 2 Paninis, i phoned up to say we had only received half our order. They told me they were just super busy and read the order wrong and would send another one out. Another delivery came, all we received this time was another Panini. Still didnt received the coffees. So I paid for 2 coffee's we didnt even get. Wont be ordering again thats for sure.
Not great really 2 orders both cancelled without explanation Won't be trying again. Dont waste your time or effort Order if you want to disappointed
Been a few years since we were last in Lisa's, hasn't changed a bit, still great food, pleasant staff and a real old cafe feel that's very nostalgic.
Such as shame as the quality of the food is lovely. But there has been a few times I’ve ordered with things missing. I understand people forget things we only human however I was told when I said there was an item missing- what do you want us to do about it! Like I was wrong for asking. Such poor service and like I say the food was lovely. But the rude response was worthy for me to raise this on here.
