We always use here and love every meal but tonight's was poor....the chips were OK but the parmo was poor and the garlic sauce was sweet.....strange. Not cheese just pasty from the bechamel.
Worst customer service ever didn’t know it came with certain things rung up straight away he was argumentative didn’t entertain the fact of sending me a new one blamed me even tho on the menu on google it didn’t say then tried to get me to pay half of the price for a new upfront through online banking after repeatedly saying it’s my fault and that he doesn’t like “people like me “ and that I’m trying to be naughty scamming him and that if I come and give the food back to the shop he will give me a free portion of chips as he will not pay the delivery driver to come and get it or refund me just for that individual item.

Ordered three things and they messed up two this evening (29th October). Doner parmo and no doner on it. Then a chicken kebab and there is no pitta. This should be basic bread and butter business for you guys, but then you'd probably miss off the butter!
Delicious, fresh pizza. Great value and friendly staff.
