We are staying in Northallerton for the week , came past this chippy this morning and thought would try it out for tea . My husband said the service efficient and staff were family . Fish and chips were delicious, very tasty indeed .
Just been in and had the friendliest service I have had in a long time. A lovely girl with brown hair..thankyou for being so kind! Oh and the fish and chips were lovely
Well, what can I say, a total disappointment and a complete waste of £21! Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would! This is our go to fish and chip shop and we therefore travel a little distance hence, why we ask for our fish to be packaged separately from our chips. Despite asking for this and a polite reminder too, upon arriving home we found the fish and chips had been packaged into the same box, had sweat and ended up a soggy mess! To add insult to injury, the fish was tasteless, the chips anaemic and into the bin went a half eaten tea. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. White Horse, you seriously need to do better!!

Had fish+chips for our wedding meal. It was amazing!! Everyone commented saying it was the best fish+chips they have ever had!! They also created us a custom wrapping paper with pictures of us on. Really good little touch!! Incredible, can not recommend enough!!
