All ticket machines removed and forced to use unreliable app. I parked and used app where I had confirmation that parking had been paid for. Return from my journey to find a parking ticket … the app failed to collect payment. Given the vast volume of tickets in the car park at the same time, I’ve got a feeling I’m not the only one!! £50. My daughters friend parked there last week and guess what, another £50 fine after successfully parking. And yesterday my daughter had the same experience. As payment never taken by card, no evidence to appeal and no record held on the app. Appalling service!! If opting to park there, make sure you check that money has left your bank and screenshot it … you can’t rely on this app to work!

Whatever you do don’t park here awful awful service. I was travelling from overseas and only way to make payment was to download an app which isn’t possible on an overseas phone. I asked to pay with cash or card at the office I was told it wasn’t possible (???) but to call a number to make a card payment. I did so and they took payment from my card yet I arrived back to find a parking notice on my car. I was unable to appeal over the phone or even call anyone about this. Just an awful experience don’t bother parking here you won’t get any help from staff and they will take you’re money, fine you anyway then refuse to speak to you when you appeal

Dreadful. No signs for long stay carpark. Once found (thanks to Google maps 👍) app was needed but wouldn't load....for anyone. Phone number tried and eventually sorted. Not a great experience.

It’s quite a tight carpark in places. I’d avoid at busy times if your not a confident driver!

Easy to pay in advance via the App. Plenty of spaces
