Extremely disappointing experience. I paid £50 for BIAB and French, I showed a clear reference photo, the result looks nothing like it. The French is uneven, the BIAB is poorly applied & nails left with red sores ,although I arrived with long nails, they were filed far shorter than requested. Staff were rude and dismissive, spoke negatively about me in their language & made me feel uncomfortable for speaking up. Booking also seemed disorganised despite having a set appointment time & I couldn’t leave this shop quickly enough. I would not recommend this salon for BIAB on natural nails.

I had an absolutely fantastic first experience today at Moon Star Nail & Beauty! They truly did exceed my expectations and more! I needed to find a new nail salon, this place came highly recommended to me by a close friend, and I’m really pleased I went. They’ve certainly gained a new regular client. Prompt at responding to my appointment request, professional from start to finish, nails done to a high quality standard, thank you so much!

They are a popular Salon if you are happy to wait but I have now decided to go elsewhere now as whenever I made an appointment they always kept me waiting (dont think they understand the concept of an appointment) My last nail appt was rushed as they had a queue. Disappointed.

I go here every 3 weeks for over a year and always happy. The staff are lovely and the lady who owns it is so friendly and very skilled. My nails last for ages, very good quality. All very talented and and good prices too.
