Col smith car sales. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Col Smith and colleagues go above and beyond to help customers. I have recently bought a car from them and the service I have to say has been outstanding. Col makes you feel welcome and aims to guide you through your purchase preferences. Col will aim to resolve issues delivering a top class service. I do not normally write reviews however I speak from my experiences with this garage. I will recommend his garage to my colleages and being trained in customer service myself I am highly impressed.

I bought a car here a year ago. Col has been fantastic sorted every thing start to finish! The car has been a dream and just sailed through its MOT. This is the cheapest best motoring I have ever done.. All I have to say is Thanks col a true gentleman!

Car was faulty and had to be returned within an hour. Owner did repair it after multiple arguments and initially saying it was my job to check everything before driving off the lot, but refused a refund and became offensive when I requested one. Avoid this place, there are much better dealers out there.

Terrible Service, the owner goes out of his way to be unhelpful. Doesn’t seem to know how to find and fix issues with any vehicle. I have my VW Golf that I bought from him six months ago, I’m trading it in as soon as possible for a car that works fully. I would never visit this man and his business ever again, I would advise anyone to look elsewhere. Horrible service overall.
