He gave us an accurate description of the vehicle which was important as we’re at a fair distance and made collection as stress-free as possible - even picked us up from the station. Well lets start by saying Lookers VW Northallerton have gone above and beyond i collected my new car today and thanks to Salesman Chris Howarth it has been by far the easiest and most pleasurable car purchasing experience in my many years of motoring nothing was too much trouble for Chris i seen that they had the , brand new correct colour and spec VW T-Roc in stock I phoned Chris told him what I was looking for within 20 mins he had put together a deal which ticked all my yes please boxes no need for haggling or hassle and today just over a week from the phone call i picked up my gleaming new car and delivered him my 23 plate part ex T-Roc , Lookers VW Northallerton have in Chris a Courteous Friendly very knowledgeable and helpful salesman who is an absolute credit to the Franchise and the brand i got the feeling throughout the whole enquiry through to driving off the forecourt that Chris isnt just about the sale of a vehicle but making sure that person feels welcome is 100% totally happy with the vehicle the deal and more so he genuinely wants the purchaser to come back a few years later and him to be the salesman that they want and seek out all of his colleagues we met were exemplary friendly and great ambassadors for the brand see you in few years Chris and once again thank you immensely for all you input from first call to departing new car beneath me on collection day Garry

Everyone that I interacted at Lookers Northallerton were great from start to finish. I bought the car remotely and the communication was top notch and even getting back to me over weekends! Chris especially who I mainly dealt with went above and beyond, picked me up from the train station and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. I wish all car dealerships were like this! They said the bulk of the team had been there 10 years plus, and it really shows. Thanks guys!

We bought a new (to us) car from Chris at Lookers this week and the customer service and overall experience was exceptional. He quickly understood our needs and provided well-pitched advice and guidance, with no pressure. Given that our previous car was at limping stage we were grateful for a process that was smooth and speedy. I now appreciate why my dad and grandad were regular customers.

10/10. We were looking for a T-Cross for my wife who had just passed her test, and came across a perfect fit at Lookers Northallerton. We were served by Jack Hutchinson, who was a breath of fresh air compared to other car dealers we'd spoken to about other vehicles. Communication was clear and easy, and there was absolutely no hard sell on extras (we decided to proceed, then changed our mind on a few and these were sorted immediately). Even when there was a hiccup with our finance company (not Lookers fault at all), Jack tried what he could to push it through the same day. Ultimately we had to get the car delivered, but again this was a reasonable price and the delivery was polite and punctual too. Would not hesitate to recommend them, and shall be back in touch when my own car is up for renewal.
