Had a great experience recently with Stoneacre in Northallerton, in particular with Maya. Upon request for further information on a Dacia Duster, Maya sent me a video of the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions. When I went to look over the car I found the experience was professional, well organised and thorough. I did not feel rushed in the process of purchasing the car and felt I was given a fair price for part exchange of my old vehicle. All question I had through the purchase process were answered fairly and quickly. I was eager to take the vehicle immediately and this did not fluster Maya and she enabled this to happen. First rate service from first contact through to purchase and a week into the purchase Maya has reached out again to ensure that all is well and made sure there were no outstanding queries. It was a very pleasant experience. After travelling from London, we bought the car there, and they offered to pick us up from the train station. Setting everything up was easy and hassle-free.
