The service reception staff member who dealt with my car service was very helpful in linking my account in the car and getting downloads of the manuals. I was kept informed of the inspection by email received video. A thorough 1st service was completed and I will continue using the Northallerton centre for all my car requirements.

Just had my 40,000mile service and MOT. The communication was first class all way through the process. I received the cars heath check directly to my mobile along with a message of progress and really like the way you can easily approve any flagged up items via the health check. Makes things so simple. Thanks to Rebecca and all the team at Stoneacre for looking after us so well. Will definitely be back for my annual service and MOT plus an other work I may require. Definitely recommend them to all.
Took my car in for its second service. I was greeted politely and with a smile and cheery word. I return 4 hours later with the car serviced and cleaned, which was lovely, as my car had been quite dirty from driving through rain and mud from tractors as I live in a country area. Very pleased with the service and general pleasant attitude from the staff
I Have just bought a new car and Ellie the salesperson was fantastic. She was very patient, kind, knowledgeable and considerate. She explained everything in full and there was no sales pressure. Any queries I had, she resolved straight away. It was a pleasure to deal with them & would certainly recommend them.
