Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Northallerton

Highly recommend this Enterprise branch. We had some issues initially, but the staff on the day and the store manager were incredibly professional and helpful in resolving them. They really turned things around and earned my trust with their great aftercare. Will definitely use them again

A year ago me and my partner used enterprise to move, after he returned the van and got the all clear they took £250 out of his account claiming he'd damaged the van, even though they inspected it with him and said it was fine . Eventually they refunded the money, but we had bills coming out that day and they didn't give us any warning . Fast forward to today, we decided to use them again as last time we thought it was just a one off. We are moving house and booked a van yesterday as our work shifts are ambiguous - they call us this morning and said they can't provide us with a van , we are both at work tomorrow and this is our only day to move - we are left without a van even though they said on their system they had one for us . We even have the confirmation email of the pickup time at 11.30 and the payment, van type etc

Have had issues with Enterprise Northallerton over last 3 years, but each has been professionally handled by the management. I can recommend their services. This last time 29 July to 12 Aug had a Nissan Qashqai which was very capable. Did get a puncture but sorted with Enterprise at my cost

Terrible. Booked 2 vans weeks in advance for a house move, rang us 3pm the day before to be told they couldn’t get the vans to us until earliest 12pm - no good when completing on a sale in the morning and need to be out! They said they would give us one small van to tie us over until they could get hold of the other vans - not sure how we’d fit a whole house in there !? We wouldn’t be able to keep the small van and would have to unload it into the other vans once they were available. When we told them to forget it and cancel the hire they rang back 5 minutes later and said they’d miraculously been able to secure one of the vans we needed but would have to wait for the second one. Customer service was lacking, didn’t seem to care we’d been let down at the last minute and no offer of compensation. Luckily we managed to find another company to help us out last minute and we’re out of pocket now.
