Bubbles Hand Car Wash

Extremely Disappointed Took my car to this car wash for the first time—and it will definitely be the last. I have a front splitter which they’ve marked, and while using the pressure washer, they somehow managed to put a dent in my boot. To make things worse, the car wasn’t even cleaned properly. There’s still visible dirt around the exhaust and on the front number plate. Most disappointing of all, they’ve damaged the paint on my bonnet, which I only had resprayed 3 weeks ago—completely unacceptable. If you take pride in your car or have any custom work done, I strongly would not recommend this place. Absolutely careless service.

I usually always go here for my car washing but was very disappointed today as I went to the car wash for a super valet and normally they would talk to you and ask what you would like doing but today they just started cleaning the outside of my car then charged me £7. No communication whatsoever which I just found the service today quite poor for not asking like usual to keep their customers happy.

Excellent customer service, they fitted me in straight away and made me feel very welcome. My car was cleaned inside and out in half an hour and has never looked this clean. Very good prices will definitely be coming back!

They're good but could be better. They missed a bit of dirt on my car various times I've been there, but for £5 it's alright. The layout isn't the best, it's a bit tight to manoeuvre your car around the facility. They've made it slightly better to manoeuvre by knocking a wall down, so well done for that.
