After a referral through work for an Osteopath, I chose Hale House for it's convenience and available services. From the moment I rang to make an appointment, I was dealt with quickly and professionally, I even managed to get a cancellation with Jo. Jo has been brilliant, in the first session she diagnosed the issue, then got stuck in. My back hasn't been this good for years. Thank you.
Don’t think I’ve ever seen such solid high ratings for a company (particularly one that some might try and avoid paying for until it’s too late!). Having been to the practice, experienced the professionalism and have been successfully treated for my issue by Fiona (who was fantastic), I can see why there are such high ratings. I put off addressing my issue for around 6 or 7 years and since I’ve addressed it, it’s been a complete game changer for me! Thanks very much for having me
Went to see Jade for some sports therapy to treat a neck injury and the variety of targeted treatment was great. Massage, cupping, pressure pointing all helped get me right again. Definitely recommended

I have struggled with ongoing lower back problems for the best part of 15 years, and with acute issues over the last few months. Having visited a number of alternative osteopaths for weekly appointments with little progress, seeing Ross has been a revelation. At my first visit, Ross carried out a number of measurements and tests, and prescribed a heel lift to compensate for a leg length discrepancy that had previously been undetected. Almost overnight, my lower back issues have improved immeasurably, with instant pain relief and improved mobility. Following three visits, I am now on a 6 weekly ‘maintenance schedule’ – a far cry from the weekly visits other osteopaths have required. Essentially, in three visits Ross appears to have got to the root cause of an issue that had previously been unresolved for the previous decade. The treatment has given me a new lease of life, and I might now even be able to reduce my golf handicap…
