Because of their fantastic understanding of my very difficult situation I was in- they went out of their way to find me a home when I found it hard to get viewings through work They set up viewings at times out of their way and scheduling. And one of them viewings became my home because of their very hard work for me to take a very small chance opportunity to get to be first in a queue They were also very kind to me and lovely as they knew I’d sadly lost my dad the same week they found me a place. They well worked hard for me Without that, I’d probably still be searching So I thank them and 100% recommend their brilliant professionalism. Everything you’d want in a locally ran letting agents and more! We’ve recently let a property through John Prest, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the service we’ve received. Our interactions have mainly been with Claire and Clare, who have both been absolutely pivotal in guiding us through the process (and dealing with my many questions!) and they have undoubtedly been a great support to both us, and our landlord. Claire adds a great personable touch to the experience, and I am thrilled to see this local letting agents be taken over by a team of people that most certainly want to, and will do their best for their customers and landlords. The new team that have taken over seem to have hit the ground running. Chuffed that my rental property finally got inspected after a few years of it not! Clare has been great and very informative for getting on with that. I think the future of my rental property should be in good hands with these guys as my property managers and long may it continue if the standards remain this high.
