Had the lovely Jennie showing us a property. Really helpful, knew about the property. We are not from Northallerton so Jennie kindly told us all about the area. Really informative. Would recommend as a buyer. Great communication. Thank you Jennie for all your help.
The team at Northallerton Estate Agency are fantastic. They are very supportive, caring and will do what they can to help. They are always on hand when needed. Would highly recommend anyone who is looking into finding a rental to pop in and have a chat with them.
Cannot fault them. Myself and my wife booked a day off to view houses in and around north Yorkshire as we were relocating from North Wales due to work commitments. On the drive we had atleast 7 viewings booked and all bar 1 cancelled due to the amount of interest. We ended up going into Northallerton estate agents to find anymore properties so our journey wasn't a wasted effort. They spent nearly an hour chatting with us the letting agents showed us round a few and we found one. We filled the paperwork out there and then and even received a phone call the following day to say we had been approved. Very efficient team and very happy to chat. As a veteran and living either married quarters or rented housing, we found our 12 month stay very welcoming any faults reported were actioned quickly and with urgency. If needed I would use them again.
Not moved into my new home yet but the whole process so far has been smooth and easy, thanks to Paula and the team at NEA. What a warm and responsive bunch of professionals they are - they have tken a lot of stress and uncertainty out of a potentially difficult situation, by their quick responses and reassurance to any queries. They really couldn't be more helpful - and a special mention for Tim, who agreed to fitting in a last- minute viewing for me at short notice!
