Strutt & Parker Northallerton Estate Agents

I've had a couple of dealings with this estate agency and I can say that they have some pleasant individuals there - people who are polite and friendly, making contact with the business a positive experience. Unfortunately, the polite and personable exterior is not always supported by helpful service. There seems to be a reluctance to reply to messages sent to them, as well as a propensity to fail to turn up for viewing appointments, or to turn up without the keys to the property! The incident that upset me most was not hearing from them that my application to rent a property had been rejected. Having waited a week or so after submitting the application, I had to contact them, to be told that they were unable to proceed with my application. No reason for the decision was given, which I thought was quite appalling. I've written to them since, because I noticed the property concerned was still available, and they failed to reply. Extremely disappointing, and I will avoid them from now on.

Extremely frustrated with this company! I've been trying to get in touch with a member of staff. Phone, text, WhatsApp and emails have been left over the past 3 weeks. Still NO reply. Is this really how a business treats its customers?

Never have I come across a more incompetent bunch of people, Communication 0 Helpfulness 0 care for clients 0, I would Highly recommend people stay away from this company at all costs, find a more professional & caring company to deal with.

We have had several dealings with the Northallerton office and they have been highly professional. Very responsive to messages and great service. Thanks very much.
