Kwik Fit - Northallerton

My wife and daughter got a puncture beyond repair a few hundred yards from kwikfit northallerton at 345pm.They walked to kwikfit and yes a new tyre was in stock but no help at all could be done off the premises due to insurance purposes.Ok no problem. So car would need to be recovered and transported to them to get tyre sorted. Eventually they got car to kwikfit at 430pm as someone managed to blow tyre up enough to drive a bit only to be told we might be able to fit you in before 6pm if not would have to be tomorrow. How unhelpful is this when you are miles from home and in the dark. So they drove a few doors away to northallerton tyre and battery who had the job done within 30 mins

I took my car to Kwik Fit on the morning of Sunday 19th October , after waking up to a flat tyre. Thinking it was a puncture I took it to Kwik Fit only to find it was a valve that needed tightening. The staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. They spent a long time checking the car and making sure everything was OK for me. Would definitely recommend them for thorough work and helpfulness. Thank you.

Omg they’re amazing! I’m pretty useless at car stuff, and my tire was deflated and I brought it over and although they was busy they fit me in, no puncture was found and they didn���t charge me which I would happily have paid them especially for their time! Still have no clue where the air went from my tire but thank you so much! I’ve used other kwik fits before and I always will! But I really just wanted to express my *greatfulness , I hope you enjoy the beers I left for you all ! Thank you all again. X

What started as a very pleasant hand over of my vehicle my visit then gave me cause for concern. Doug called me to tell me that my rear tyres were done but my tracking was out on the front (fronts were done in Sept at the same garage) and would cost me £77.95. I reminded him that I had it done in Sept. He then told me it should be done every 5000! Which I believe is a lie. Once I refused as £77.95 is an absolute disgrace. He then passed me onto someone else to get my vehicle off the ramp and just started talking to someone else without ending the conversation with me. When my car was handed over to me I was told my battery warning light was on, this was because my car was left on the ramp with the lights on without the ignition on. The guy handing over went defensive and said it wasn’t him it must have been whoever changed my tyres. Overall pretty disappointing with some very untrustworthy staff.

Amazing customer service. Nail in tyre before a long car journey on a Saturday. They were incredibly busy but managed to fit me in. Thank you!
