I have recently started going to Hair & Beauty secrets for my waxing and could not recommend Jasmine and Michelle more! Yesterday was my second visit for a leg and Hollywood wax (my first since giving birth!) and Jasmine did an amazing job at making me feel so comfortable and was so thorough, ensuring she got every single hair. I’m quite fussy when it comes to a Hollywood but everything was perfect! Thank you 💖

✨ I had the most incredible experience at Secrets in Northallerton with the wonderfully talented Michelle – once blonde, now a fabulous redhead from Virginia! ✨ From the moment I stepped in for my consultation to today’s colour appointment, everything exceeded my expectations. Michelle’s attention to detail is second to none – she took the time to weave in the finest highlights and lowlights, building the most stunning, dimensional colour. She’s not only brilliant at what she does, but also such a lovely, chatty soul – I genuinely enjoyed every second of my visit. I even treated myself to a bottle of shampoo and conditioner to help keep my hair feeling fabulous until next time. Thank you so much, Michelle – can’t wait for my next appointment! June x

I brought my cousin here for a last minute haircut as she was visiting from abroad and we had excellent service from Michelle. She was really friendly, listened to what my cousin wanted, and gave her a haircut she was delighted with. She also gave me some advice on looking after my hair. Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent. First off, I was new to the area so was looking for a friendly welcoming place. I was invited for a consultation, my stylist (Kyra) read me in an instant and knew what I liked, she was very warm and welcoming, made me feel very comfortable. After a re-schedule, the fantastic Chloe over the phone was able to realign my appointment with my original stylist. I came in for my appointment, even though I was late it was no bother for the staff. My stylist was extremely thorough, she explained to me the process of lifting the ends of my hair and the sort of colour I wanted on the roots. My outcome was better than I asked for and the staff were so accommodating. Every question answered and every need of mine was met, thorough professionalism, supreme creativity and great banter. And I got a hot chocolate… with marshmallows :)

Hair secrets did my hair and that of my bridesmaids for my wedding.  I absolutely loved my hair it was exactly what I wanted. The styles lasted all day and looked fabulous! Susan and Beth were lovely and so accommodating. I would highly recommend booking them for any weddings or occasions you have coming up! Thank you so much for doing our hair ❤
