Very professional service by Ms Zanib Iqbal, Clinical Director. I urgently needed my ears de-waxing as I was due to play the trumpet. Zanib came in to work earlier than her normal start time specially for me and very quickly restored my hearing to normal using her micro-suction technique. Very customer-focussed service close to Northallerton town centre and with private parking. Without doubt a great facility indeed and fully recommended.

I cannot recommend this practice enough! Zanib managed to slot me in after a trip to Urgent Care at the Friarage late on a Friday afternoon, for which I was very very grateful. She was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. It mght sound like a strange thing to say, but I'm looking forward to my return in six months!
