Friarage Hospital

Give yourself plenty of time before your appointment to secure parking. There seems to be plenty at this hospital folks. Be warned though… Parking Eye are dreadful, immoral, worthless vultures who will try everything and anything to have you fail at one of their parking ticket machines!! Be absolutely 100% certain you have done everything properly. These charlatans are above the law and own the ombudsman. If you mess up don’t expect decency or justice in any way shape or form. The hospital should be more selective with who they do business with. I parked at another car park at the other end of town but there is plenty here. About 90 bays. Reasonable prices too. There is also safe bike stands if you wanted to cycle here? I always cover my bike with a bike cover (out of site out of mind) Staff are very courteous, friendly, helpful. The hospital is very clean.

I recently took my grandson Hospital after he hurt his hand, and I was extremely impressed with the service. The A&E staff were friendly and the x-ray process was clearly explained. My grandson received prompt care for his sprain, including a splint. Special thanks to Dan for his exceptional support and for informing us about the hospital's community consultations. While under the care of the Friarage hospital, I felt I was well looked after, the staff were amazing. The hospital was very clean and well organised. They were very thorough and their one goal was to get me well again. I can highly recommend this hospital as they are dedicated and have high standards.

Came for a MRI scan on the 23rd October only 2 people working in area had to have a canula fitted in my are for contrast to be added half way through procedure the nurse there could not get canula fitted even though I stated I have blood taken on a regular basis she tried in 2 different places with no joy the a man tried in the back of my had he said was a success half way though the scan my hand was full of blood they tried to add contrast without success the nurse the while I was layed down came towards me with a big mask for my head I said what are you doing she said aren't you having a head scan where I said no lower lumber ? Left after 1hour 30mins unhappy and trumertised.

My daughter was seen lastnight at the urgent care centre. All l can say was AMAZING. All the staff were brilliant and a great asset too the NHS. Thank you so much
