I am disgusted with the way Well Chemist, at Northallerton, have behaved toward me in the last 2 weeks. I have multiple Autoimmune Diseases and effecting problems. I asked you for help, last week, requesting a dosette box, as my health is deteriorating in many ways and my Rheumatoid Arthritis is not well managed at present. I was told I did not fit the Criteria for a dosette box by Ben. Then I was accepted, for a box, by Esosa. Yet Pharmacist Sarah has rang me today and is now refusing me help with a dosette box, as I do not fit the criteria! What is this Criteria, I need to fit, Well Chemist? Can I have your response please?
Nice friendly staff nothing to much trouble for them
Not the staffs fault but the place is shambolic. Tablets not delivered, shut because of no staff/pharmacist. They should be removed from the list of pharmacists on the NHS website because once your prescriptions allocated to them you’re left in limbo if they can’t supply it. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!
Absolutely useless! 7 days and I’m still waiting for them to put my order together despite them saying for the last 2 days ‘Come back tomorrow, it’ll be ready for you’! Never had one done on time yet! Appalling
