Highly recommended. Worked with us through planning the bathroom that we wanted to fitting, resolving any problems together along the way. Our needs and wants were listened to when designing our bathroom, working together to get what we wanted. Our bathroom fitter was excellent and chosen to meet extras we needed. They listened to us and worked with us each day so we knew what was happening and so the project continued to be exactly what we wanted. Their expertise was fantastic and friendly, supportive nature meant we felt listened to when we wanted to alter things slightly as we went. We love our new bathroom. It has gone from a bathroom we hardly ever used, to the one we choose to use the most. It is exactly what we wanted. Fantastic company.

Excellent experience from start to finish with new heating and boiler installation. The initial appointment with Wayne was excellent and he explained everything that they would do. Adam the installer worked so hard the entire fitting and communicated where he was up to and what he would be doing next. An absolute credit to the company. The admin staff Jess and Sarah were also professional at every step too. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

I’m very disappointed with the service received from Plumbcraft during a recent bathroom installation. The experience began poorly with an incorrect quotation and a missed design meeting, which I had booked time off work to attend. The salesperson never turned up and no explanation or follow-up was given, leaving us to proceed without a proper design review. During installation, multiple issues became apparent: • The toilet was installed in the wrong location, and I was only told afterwards that it was due to the soil pipe layout — something that should have been identified and discussed in advance. • As a result, the tallboy cabinet can now only be fitted so that the door opens into the room, compromising both the layout and usability. • The final finish reflects poor craftsmanship, with visible flaws and substandard attention to detail. • I was pressured and effectively blackmailed by the office into making a final payment before the job was complete, being told items would be stuck on the wall regardless just to secure payment — which I found completely unacceptable. • No one from the office followed up during or after installation to check progress or resolve concerns. While the on-site fitter did their best, the entire job was let down by poor planning, weak project management, and a serious lack of customer care from the office. I would not recommend Plumbcraft based on this experience. If you do use them, ensure that all designs, payment terms, and responsibilities are confirmed in writing — and do not make any payment until all work is complete to your satisfaction.

Last minute panic before Christmas, but Lee came as planned and efficiently fixed the leak. I have no hesitation in recommending Plumbcraft to anyone.
