In October 2023 the boiler and subsequently the heating at our house failed. We went through the usual route of contacting the service engineer who usually dealt with our boiler, who, following his inspection said that the boiler was fine but in his opinion we had a leak somewhere in the heating system but the leak was not visible ie underground and would need specialist investigation. Our insurance company referred us to Rainbow Restoration,who we contacted. Louise dealt with the contact and Mark carried out the investigation which was unobtrusive. The leak was extremely difficult to find but was eventually traced to beneath the garage concrete floor which did entail removing a unit and exposing the fault. This was subsequently repaired by a local plumber. Throughout the process of tracing the fault both Louise and Mark were professional, courteous and instilled confidence that the leak would be traced. Thank you Louise and Mark.
Louise and the team were extremely professional, friendly and supportive when handling our unfortunate issues with our flooded caravan. Nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend Rainbow 🌈 to anyone. Thanks again Rainbow. Mark and Elaine Winter
