Very poor experience during the sale of our property. When we purchased our home these solicitors represented the seller. They were perfectly happy to sell the house. Three years later when we came to sell our buyer used them and they were so difficult the sale almost didn’t go through. They were happy enough to sell the house to us with little to no checks but when it came time to sell it they wanted countless documents that they themselves did not provide at time of sale. Complete double standards.

Sean Veakins at Place Blair & Hatch has handled four house purchases/sales for us, as well as other legal jobs, and he is extremely competent and efficient. One of the house purchases had to be completed within 7 days of receiving our instructions and he managed that! PBH charges are very fair and I would thoroughly recommend them.
