Be going there for 35 years plus amazing place and fitted my sons Mercedes in for a puncture this morning on Xmas Eve brilliant service 👍
Absolutely shocking been here over a hour for 1 tyre to be fitted after being booked in blokes working there on a go slow and sitting there showing colleagues funny videos on there phones I wish I went to kwik fit
Had 2 new tyres for caravan whilst on a pitch on a site. The principle of the service is great, price is good and the workmanship is good but I just wish we had understood the process. We were told an arrival time of 9:30, he came at 10:20, took the wheels off then left. So the caravan was jacked up which meant we couldnt go in. He didn’t return til 12. Basically what they do is take the wheels, off several vans, take them back to the depot then deliver them all back to fit. That’s fine and I get it but it would have been good to have been made aware that it was going to take so long. Communication is everything

The tyre prices are good but my experience was ruined by the staff pointing out my exhaust had split at the joining sleeve only then to rip the whole exhaust system off when reversing the car off the ramp leaving me a car that was not drivable and requiring AA recovery., not what you expect when only go for 4 new tyres. AA man confirmed the from system bracket & rubber had been pulled away from bodywork which was witnessed by me, my wife and another member of staff when the idiot was reversing my car. No apology or free repair offered, not good customer service
