Really pleased with Rafferty’s and the service I’ve received. Joe was brilliant and very patient when I was taking the time to decide which settee and fabric I would like. I also got my carpets from Rafferty’s and am really happy with them. The whole house has been transformed! The carpet fitters were friendly and professional and I would happily recommend Rafferty’s to anyone looking for a settee or carpet.

Absolutely in love with our new sofa. From the step into the shop in Northallerton to getting the sofa delivered I can’t fault anything. Joe and his staff are amazing so friendly and know their stuff when it comes to furniture. They are always helpful when I go in and ask questions. The sofa came at 9.50 on Friday and what lovely delivery drivers they were same as I mentioned about staff above nothing was a problem. Worried at first if the sofa would fit but had a laugh about it and it went straight in. They even asked if I wanted them to get rid of my cardboard from a previous delivery how nice was that. Don’t get that service any where else. They also recycle your old sofa too. The sofa is worth the money and definitely will last me years. If you need a sofa or any other furniture then I would definitely recommend Raffertys. The best place to go. Thank you for all you have done for me and my boy.

We were very happy with the service at Raffertys. Lyndsay(?) was very professional and helpful and able to find the perfect sofas and chair for us He was able to sort quickly a small problem with the condition of one section of the settee for us. We're very happy with the quality of our Mea settees

Ordered two Valerie 3 seaters [14 March 2025 ] and managed to deliver just over four weeks later, Sofas are solid and well worth the money. The staff were brilliant, Joe in Northallerton was knowledgable and friendly, with Charlie and Stan at the Hartlepool office were very accommadating on delivery dates. The delivery lads were friendly and even took the old sofas with them free of charge, No issues, no fuss and i would definately buy from Raffertys again
