Sam Turner & Sons is without doubt the best garden machinery stockist in the area. They employ people who know what they are talking about. I have been using the shop and workshop for the last two years for my gardening company Pete's Gardening Services Ltd. Beth from marketing is great and has really looked after me. She understands what it takes to create good working relationships with Sam's customers. Amy from the garden machinery desk is great and always happy to help. Josh (the garden machinery manager) always goes above and beyond to find the products that I need. I recently dealt with Steve when picking up five units that had been in for a service and he described everything that had been diagnosed with each individual machine. He also explained how Phil in the workshop had gone about fixing the machines. I have to say every single machine that I've got back is in great work in order. I cannot overstate how nice it is to have a shop/workshop/online delivery service like Sam Turner and Sons. As the owner of a garden maintenance company I rely on shops like Sam Turners to provide a wide range of tools and quality aftercare services. If you are thinking of visiting I would highly recommend it. They can't do enough for their customers and deserve all the recognition and credit they can get. 10/10

I had a very poor experience with this company. Initially, their team approved a return of a faulty item based on the evidence I provided. Relying on that agreement, I returned the jacket. However, after receiving the item, the company changed their position and reclassified the return as non-faulty without informing me beforehand. They did not proactively communicate this change of decision. I only discovered this when the refund was processed incorrectly, and I had to chase up the issue myself. This caused unnecessary delays and wasted time. The item had loose threads that repeatedly caught in the zip, affecting its ability to function properly. Despite this, the company stated that it was acceptable for the Carhartt range and treated the product as fit for sale. Based on this experience, I would recommend using a different supplier for Carhartt equipment, as this company appears to consider faulty goods to be acceptable. Although they eventually agreed to refund the return fee, this required multiple emails and escalation, despite it being something that should have been handled correctly from the outset. Overall, this company wastes time, has poor communication, and makes inconsistent decisions. I will not be using them again.

'No fuss returns'. Nonsense. You have to pay -then get an authorisation to return. Then wait for an email next day with a code to be able get the return label or QR code. Then the code doesn't work so you have to ring them when they tell you you only have to input part of the code they sent you and are sneering because you tried to input the whole code. Then they have a 'whatever' attitude when you politely suggest they make their email clear. Won't deal with them again.

The dog harnesses and collars ordered for our cocker spaniel and cava poo arrived within 2 days of the order. Excellent delivery and both the harnesses and collars fit well,measurements listed were correct . Items are true to description and high quality at great prices. We will use Sam Turner and Sons again. Thank you!
