Great purchase with Electrocare. They sourced us a new built in microwave oven. They delivered and fitted it all at the best price we could get. Would highly recommend this local business.

I have used Electrocare for various repairs and replacement appliances for years and have been happy with their service. They’re very knowledgeable. A little disappointed in their aftercare recently, however, after a ‘B Stock’ dryer, purchased from them, broke down after three weeks. I contacted them and was advised to contact the manufacturer myself. I bought locally for a more personal and easier experience should repairs be needed. Had I known, I could have bought a pristine appliance online for slightly cheaper. Not sure where the added value is, for the customer?

Excellent shop! Needed a new element for my mother’s oven, phoned Electrocare after being disappointed by other shops and the very helpful gentleman sorted through all his stock and found the exact one! Dashed up to the shop and was met with the cheerful and superbly helpful man. Save our Easter weekend!! Thanks so much! Would recommend to anyone!

Fab service, thank you so much! My washing machine broke down (again) Sunday evening, so we decided it was finally time to get a new one. Popped into Electrocare in Thirsk on Monday mid morning, and before teatime I had a new machine delivered and installed at home! Saleslady was really helpful and explained the options really well, the prices were competitive and the delivery, installation and collection of the old machine was great too. I love to shop local and like a good deal too. Will be back again as it's a win win at Electrocare!

Brilliant service the part was in stock for my oven they came out on the day and time stated and were very efficient polite and friendly. Highly recommended.
